This week, we are writing our own fable with dialogue!
On Monday, complete the plan for your fable. Decide on two main animal characters, and decide what the moral of your story will be. Find our class plan below.
On Tuesday and Wednesday, write your own fable with dialogue. Make sure to include the correct punctuation for speech as shown below. I will post the fable that we write as a class each day, but use the fable examples on the website below to help you. You should be aiming for a page and a half of writing:)
On Thursday, edit and improve your fable. Check for correct punctuation, capital letters and full stops, as well as making sure your writing has expanded noun phrases, powerful adverbs and exciting vocabulary!
